The Beilei English Training School is the earliest private English training school in the city of Luzhou for children and teenagers aged 4 - 16. Founder Fanqin Zeng has used 24 years of solid English teaching experience to build a complete and systematic English curriculum. Since its inception in 1987, Beilei now encompasses 800 students. Students begin at Level 1 and progress to Level 5 by passing standardized examinations held at the end of each academic year. Level 4 students are able to pass the National English Examination at Level 1-B; their skill levels correspond to year two of Chinese middle school. Level 5 students can pass the same test at Level 1-A, which corresponds to the first year of Chinese high school. Additionally, Beilei English Training School offers IELTS and TOEFL training for top students planning to study overseas.

Beilei's Founder, Fanqin Zeng, possesses extensive English teaching experience. Mr. Zeng has, for instance, spent six months as a visiting lecturer at Southeast Missouri State University learning valuable English teaching methods. Upon his return to China, Mr. Zeng improved Beilei's curriculum by adapting these techniques to fit Chinese students' needs. Additionally, in 2009, he was elected as Vice President of the Luzhou City Committee on Private Training Schools, a group that works to improve the quality of private education in Luzhou. These sterling credentials have made Mr. Zeng a pioneer in Luzhou's private English education system. He has used his extensive teaching experience and exceptional computer skills to revolutionize conventional English training. While other Luzhou schools rely exclusively on exercise books, Beilei English Training School employs both multimedia and traditional English teaching methods to keep all students, from kindergarteners to college students, engaged. Mr. Zeng's insistence on quality education has shaped Beilei into one of Luzhou's foremost English training institutes.

The Beilei program begins with basic vocabulary. Students are expected to use listening exercises and to create sample sentences to commit these essentials to memory. As their mastery of the language progresses, they will create and perform small dialogues in front of their classmates and will eventually be able to write short compositions in English. Unlike students at other schools, Beilei students develop advanced speaking abilities and can even perform speeches or skits entirely in English.To facilitate learning, Beilei English Training School will provide plenty of interactive practice. Each summer, for example, approximately 300 Beilei students participate in the English Talent Show, hoping to showcase their English abilities and personalities. During the winter, even more students compete in the Beilei Spelling Bee. After both competitions, teachers publicly award 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places to contestants in each level.

Beilei instructors teach English both passionately and innovatively. Every teacher holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from a Chinese university. Under Mr. Zeng's tutelage, this young and competitive team continually works to improve English training at Beilei by keeping students focused, engaged, and learning.

Beilei English Training school is a 600 square meter facility located in the center of Luzhou. Each room is stocked with multimedia equipment to create a more enjoyable and interesting learning environment.

Beilei English Training School has, in its 24 years, helped many students gain admittance to top junior high schools in Luzhou and even Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province.
